She's married to my daddy.” “But your daddy kisses Dr. Declan, doesn't he?” “Yeah, but that’s different. They’re both boys [...] See, if mommy gets someone new, it has to be a girl, that’s all. Review: My Cowboy Promises by Z.A. Maxfield
My Cowboy Promises by Z.A. Maxfield (The Cowboys #4) Released: June 16, 2015 Contemporary M/M Intermix Reviewed by Mandi The blurb says Ryder Dent is a "true-blood cowboy" and while it may run in his family, I wouldn't consider him a cowboy. He works at his father's farm store and lives in Texas. That's about as cowboy as he gets. Ryder is gay but hardly anyone knows. When his friend Andi was teenager, she got pregnant by a rodeo star and didn't want anyone to know he was the father. Continue Reading
DNF Review: My Heartache Cowboy by Z.A. Maxfield
My Heartache Cowboy by ZA Maxfield (The Cowboys #2) Released: January 21, 2014 M/M Contemporary Romance Penguin Reviewed by Mandi I DNF’d the first book in this series but I’ve liked this author in the past so I thought I’d give this one a try. This series focuses on gay ranchers and that appeals to me so much! But I’ve come to the conclusion this series is just not for me. I set this book down around the 55% mark and had no desire to pick it back up. The beginning of the book Continue Reading

While the League hopes to hold on to secrecy for a little bit longer, they're preparing for the Continue Reading
