Honestly it’s getting all kinda messed up in that tunnel to get to you guys. I am bruised and not happy about it – but I am determined to get this info to you.
After stalking Mandi for a while we have learned that Mandi will be taking herself off to RWA and after that a little lifeguard drooling and we are hoping that she has a great time and don’t do too much fangirl blushing when she meets Josh Lanyon and Melissa Marr.
So from July 20th – July 25th ( yes one whole week) My friend, My Beasties, My smexy men and I will be up in this place causing all kind of chaos…..
For the six days that we will be here – we are going to have some kinda fun… Here’s our listing – so far……

There’s only one problem – them beasties have gotten wise to our plan and we only have a few opening slot to get them through to you.
Here’s where you come in, as I know alot of you guys have been going crazy wondering what’s going on.
Firstly – Ms. Cain has graciously allow me to have readers participation in the questions… A widget of her work is attached so all the questions you have always wanted to ask a cover artist – drop them in comments and I will pick them up shoot them off to Anne.
Question collection closes on the 04th July….
I can only come back for one visit on the 04th…. so have your questions all ready. My friend will sneak in to see how you ladies are getting on and leaving little updates.
Your next challenge is to send me back my feet and my girl and replace it with any one of the banner below and of course check back for updates, as – Sat 25th July – not only do we have to clean up the place before Mandi gets back, but there’s a haul of swag to dole out.

Hey, okay, I have a couple questions for Anne Cain!
1. Do publishers give you parameters for the covers? (like has to have a woman standing with a gun, need a bare man-chest, etc), or do they leave it up to you?
2. Do you read the books, and if so, do you take your ideas from specific scenes, or just the whole thing?
3. Do you have advice to authors working with cover artists? Like, if an author were to have ideas or hopes for a cover, what's the most productive way to work with a cover artist?

Some of the covers, the people look very real. Do you use real people for models? If so, how does one the photo art sessions work? If not, where do you get your "real life inspiration" for the covers?
