10. My week – I had a great time in NYC watching Brandon Flowers introduce his solo album!!! I MAY have come home without my license and credit card, I MAY have cracked my iPhone screen (again), Hubs MAY have given me a stern lecture about being a responsible 32 year old. All of these things MAY have happened. I can not confirm at this time.
9. Hide-a-Cover – I recently received the above book cover for a little review. Hide-a-Cover is a site that offers to cover-up all those smutty, half naked people you guys are reading about *shifty eyes* If you don’t want your family, or strangers to see what you are reading, they offer a variety of covers from the silly one above, to more plain ones. They are pretty simple – and come with a built in bookmark. They come in small for mass market paperbacks, and large for trade. My only complaint is that it doesn’t fit over thicker books well. But otherwise I think these make great gifts for only four or five dollars. Go HERE to see the entire collection.
8. Mini review of Demon From the Dark by Kresley Cole – I liked this one! Biggest complaint is that the beginning confused me. First there was a lot of information thrown at us that slowed down the pace. But at the same time, I wanted more information about the prison. I was very confused by the turn of events – all of a sudden there are all of these immortals in prison? When did this happen? Maybe in the last book but I don’t remember. So I wish she had gone into that area in a little more detail. I did like the twist about who runs the prison….that should play out very interesting…….
Otherwise – we have ourselves Malkolm, a half vampire, half demon tortured hero. And – wait for it……..a VIRGIN HERO. *bites lip*. A virgin hero who has not released his seed for 400 years. So – to say he is a little backed up is an understatement. Carrow, the heroine who is a witch is a fun, sarcastic girl. Overall this was a very enjoyable story!! I can’t believe it is the tenth installment. Can’t wait for the next. I give it a 4/5.

4. Walrus love – this is oddly disturbing yet makes me laugh every time I see it. The walrus is like – WTF dude.
3. My favorite website of the week – The Book Pushers. Written by four ladies from the UK, Has, Lou, MinnChica, and Julie they write great reviews and have some really cool interviews. I talk to Has a lot on Twitter and she is one of the most knowledgeable person on romance/UF books that I know. Go check them out!
2. The bust of Eric Northman can now be yours for the low price of $69.99!! Seven inches of the sexy stud. He could stare at me while I read and type up my blog. I’m so glad they cut him off in the thigh area instead of at the waist – you know what I’m sayin ?
Oh and Bill and Sookie are available too..blah blah.
1. Alright – we have a three day weekend ahead of us – and that means it is time to read a ménage! Right? I have Joey W. Hill’s Vampire Trinity awaiting me, as soon as I finish Jade Lee’s Wicked Surrender (the first 100 pages are pretty good!). Have a nice weekend!!

It's a 4 day weekend down here in Brazil. 09/07 is our Independence Day, and I'm going to celebrate with Merit, Ethan and the gang (books 2 and 3). =D

Aretemis – They are made of a very soft, flexible plastic…there is probably a name for it..but I'm not sure what it is. The cover is just paper inserted in the plastic.
