Lover At Last. This will be Qhuinn and Blay’s book.
What do we think? A little bummed there are not two men on the cover is my first thought.
But that being said, I like the dude on the cover. And I love the title.
This will be released Spring 2013.

Where the heck is Blay? My inner smut vixen is weeping because there is no M/M loving on the front. I do like how they got the eyes different colors like Qhuinn is suppose to have. And the title is perfect. AT LAST! My inner smut vixen needs a hug though. We are going to go find Blay and have a good cry….
I was just talking to a friend and she said “baby steps” – it’s a big deal that we are getting a m/m romance mainstream like this. So I guess we have to work our way up to two guys on a cover.
I hope she follows through with explicit sex scenes – she will, right?

I admit, I wanted a cover with more imagination. Maybe a shot of 2 men in bed, one with their back to us, hiding the other amn’s face. Covers would be pooled ard hips, and we see a name tattooed across there back.
I’ve put a lot of thought into this. :)
Oh, I like your cover better! I would have been happy to at least have seen both characters on the cover whether their position was sexual or not. But I forgot about the tattoo…would have been very cool to have see that esp. as most of the earlier covers are one character facing out and one character with their back to the viewer. Could have been perfect!

I love this cover. I actually think it’s my very favorite of them all! I want a poster of it!!! Love the green and blue eyes and the title is adequate; I guess “Lover About Fricken Time” wouldn’t have fit on the cover. I’m very concerned about the m/m part of this. I hope she can pull it off.

I thought there would be two men, but that might have been too much for the publishers? I would not immediately go for a book on the shelf with two men…and the idea is for these books to have shelf appeal, maybe a super gay in your face two men cover may have limited where the books could be sold. *shrug*

Oh I def think they only put one man on the cover to appeal to a broader audience..I wonder if she will limit the sex scenes in the book….
….I do like Quinn’s eyes…so is this emasculating Blay? Having him take the fem role, since with the exception of Payne, only the male heroes have been on the cover…
How will the Brother’s handle the relationship? I remember when Butch thought Phurry was light in the loafers and that if he didn’t fight so well he would be a complete ‘nancy’…I wonder if there will be any conflict, the BDB seem very accepting but maybe conflict from another angle…
I hope the sex scenes are glossed over, I don;t want to read hardcore homoerotic scenes when we’ve spent what 10, 11 books and two novellas with HEA heroes and heroines. This is such a sore freaking spot for me.
I *think* the brothers already know that Blay is gay, right? So Blay with Qhuinn might not be too much of a shock. I bet it will be addressed though.
I am very interested to see the reactions to this book. I really love m/m romance so I’m excited she is publishing their full-length story – but others that are fan of her work might not want this.
