I Like Hairy Chests – Part Two

September 24, 2009 by Mandi 33 Comments

(Dare I say Tom Selleck is smexy?)
If you are familiar with Smexy, you know I like a hairy chest! Yesterday, Sue Grimshaw from Borders True Romance Blog posed the question – do you like hairy chests on cover models. You know what my answer was. I then got into a very hairy chest mood and decided to add some delicious pictures to my sidebar – Hello Hugh and Jakeypoo. (if you know of any other pics that belong on that sidebar, email me!)
Speaking of delicious, how do we like the hairy chest cake?!? That “Emma” is one lucky lady. I say put Brandon Flowers (btw- hot mustache pic!) face on there and I got myself my dream cake!! The cake shall be slowly licked away ;) I tweeted this pic yesterday and K.C from Smokin Hot Books tweeted back – “I have this image of you blowing out your candles then smashing your face into the cake so u can kiss Brandon *closes eyes*” HA!! Does she know me or what?
My birthday is not until March, but it gives me plenty of time to design my cake – or hint to husband what I want on it. Or maybe hint to best friend- not sure if husband would make me a cake with another man’s face and chest – HA!

What or who would you put on your dream birthday cake?

PS – I totally feel a mustache post coming in the near future….gather your thoughts.

I'm not really into those hairy chests but they look great on Hugh:)
As for my dream b-cake, I would go with a classic beauty of Brad Pitt :)
    Can't wait for a post about moustache…

I love me some scruff but so not a fan of the mustache.

Having a picture of a person on my cake is not something I would like. I would end up getting the piece with an eyeball or a nose.

I like hair on the chest, without they look so young and not manly. But not too much hair either, that's just gross.

I too think the sidebar pictures are very hawt and manly. ;)

That cake rocks, I was a huge Tom Selleck fan..

I do, however know that KB does not care for bushy eyebows… ;)

    Have a good day Mandi!

Haha – nice sidebar pics – just the right amount of hairy chest, not too hairy. Not a big fan of the mustache though, they make me think of porn stars or cops.

    Nice cake!

    LMAO!!! I love that cake!!!

And I also love a man with a hairy chest. Man-scaping, unless it's the back, is just too metro.

LOL! I'm still cracking up over that cake!!

    ;) VFG

ahah i'm all for the hairy chest but not sure about the mustache… Of course it doesn't apply to Tom Selleck, the man is smexy enough to make the Mustache look hot.

I was thinking about a Smexy Birthday cake i'd like and the first thing that came to my mind is a cake with Eric as Mister January…. Oh MY, that's making me drool lol.

Thinking about smexy birthday cakes, a few years ago i made a funny shaped one (read 'Male genitalia' here!lol)for my Best Friend's Birthday. He was….Surprised lol. I still smile every time i see the picture.

Love the cake and the sidebar pictures. I would want Patrick Dempsey on my cake. He is so sexy with all the scruff on his face. I do have to say I love some Hugh too.

Oh, Hugh. *lick* ;) Hmmm, I wonder if Alan Rickman has a hairy chest?

There should be some sort of catchy nickname for guys with sexy hairy chests. Hairy Careys? LOLOLOL No, that doesn't work….

Oh gosh. Uhh…ermm…hmm. Gimme a minute.

I don't know what to say about that cake. For once I am at a loss. I can't stop staring at. I feel strangely compelled to…I don't know, touch it? Lick it? I don't know if I feel warm because I'm embarrassed or never mind. LOL

I don't mind a bit of fuzz on the chest but for me it must be nicely groomed and under control. No bush bulging from the shirt collar know what I mean?

    Side bar, very nice. :)

My man, Sam Elliott, has both the hairy chest and mustache issue covered in fine, furry form! Think Lifeguard. Think I need to be rescued. Repeatedly.

I am campaigning for no more shiny hairy chests!!

I am positive Alan Rickman has a hairy chest and I will now make it my mission to find it!

I am against the bush bulging from the shirt collar – but a sprinkling..hot damn.

And Sam Elliott – nice choice! He is so going in my mustache post.

LMAO!! When I saw the cake picture I couldn't stop laughing! Tom Selleck! My mom and all of her buds just love him!

I like a little hair on the chest but not a lot and a touch of scruff on the face.

Hm, dream cake…really I'm not picky. Anything with a lot chocolate and whip cream would make me happy.

This whole post makes me shiver, in a good way. For my special birthday cake, he must be a. wearing a kilt b. have dark hair and c. be winking at me. Kind of look alike Mel Gibbson/William Wallace(Pre Passion of the Christ). Or Chris Pines w/ 5 o'clock shadow.
