It’s a good thing I was free, since my schedule is beyond booked with so many beautiful women trying to have their wicked ways with me. But you are very special, so I made sure to make time.

Smexy: Mho, let’s face it. I lust after you like no other demon sheep. You naughty, naughty boy. It is hard to pry you away from Katiebab’s fingers! From your book whoring to your love advice you keep me very entertained. I had a good month in September, besides some lovely reading I discovered “The Richard,” – Richard Armitage that is. Mho – you wear your cravat almost as well as Mr. Thornton.

Mho Fho: Let’s be honest, I wear my cravat better than Mister Broody Pants Richard Armitage.

Let’s get to it:

Hunting Ground- Patricia Briggs 4 stars
Smexy: This series is just getting better and better. I loved how we get such an intimate look at Charles and Anna’s relationship. Patricia Brigg’s also leaves me begging for more Bran..please!!! I love a quiet, almost shy man who is probably the most lethal werewolf in the world.

Mho Fho: How intimate do Charles and Anna get? I think Charles needs some advice on how to handle Anna. He should ask me now that I am known as the Love Doctor! And Anna needs someone to cuddle with. Charles is too muscular and he-manish. Anna would feel so loved and safe with a cute sheep like me!

Beast Warrior – Eva Gordon 4 stars
Smexy: Set in the Viking era, this is an epic tale of one werewolf trying to keep his mate safe at all costs. Mho – there are many evil werebears in this one. They could eat a sheep like you for dinner.

Mho Fho: Let me get this straight. The hero dude is called Sigurd and his daddy was called Gunnolf the Red? WTF types of names are those? Shape shifting bears called Bork the Mad and Mord? These guys sounds like reject cousins from the Muppet Show! So Emelisse is a chick? When I see Emelisse I think of a piece of luggage. Vikings, shift changing freaky muppets and luggage… oh my.

Blood Vice – Keith Melton 4 stars
Smexy: A very enjoyable urban fantasy with a mafia twist. Karl Vance is a very badass vampire, but is lonely and tired of always being in the dark. Smexy needs to show him a few naughty things to keep him occupied in the dark.

Mho Fho: So this book is like The Sopranos, but the undead types? The guy on the cover definitely doesn’t look like Tony Soprano. His abs look as good as mine. Smexy, what things can you show him in the dark? If it’s dark then the mafia vamp hitman can’t see what you’re doing. Unless you playing pinch a tent in the dark for kicks and giggles.

Smexy: While I enjoyed this book, I didn’t love the main character, Jessa. She needed to come to terms with her situation more quickly in my opinion. Matthias did have a very sexy snake tattoo on his shoulder though. Mho – how many tatts do you have?

Mho Fho: Why does it seem that these smexy paranormal men all have tats on their bodies now? Does that mean they are sexier because of it? Matthias has a snake tat on his shoulder? Does he change into a snake? I read some were-snake romance a few months ago and it was dull as watching paint dry. You can check out my tats when we’re alone. I just got a new one and it still hurts. I need a kiss on it to make it feel better.

The Assignment – Evangeline Anderson 2 stars
Smexy: Two policemen go undercover – they not only solve a mystery, but find their partnership goes to a much deeper relationship. Mho – they have to pretend to be gay to find the bad guy, and their pretend goes way too far. Lots of hot manlove, but the fact that they make out and continually keep telling each other they don’t have feelings for each other – it is just for the job got on my nerves. Have you ever had to play pretend Mho?

Mho Fho: They pretend to be gay but then end up being gay? Wow that must have come as a shock! Do these two undercover cops use their handcuffs on one another? How hot is this manlove? I hear man love involves a lot of butt love. Did they have fun with each other’s butts?

I think I may have a butt fetish now with all this talk of the butt.

Smexy: It wouldn’t surprise me with that fettish Mho – I mean, how many blow-up sheep have been abused at bachelor parties? If you see a limo filled with drunken men Mho – run, run as fast as you can.

Evernight – Claudia Gray 3 stars
Smexy: That Claudia Gray is a very tricky lady – putting a very fun twist smack dab in the middle of the book. I love a YA vampire book, and this one was pretty good. Gotta love the teen angst.

Mho Fho: Teen angst with vampires? Sure you didn’t read Twilight? Do these vampires sparkle? A fun twist? How fun? How twisty? I suddenly have a craving for some Twizzlers with all this talk of twisting… because you know, Twizzlers twist.

Smexy: No sparkly vampires Mho, and no hot 17 yr old werewolves either. Oh wait, that is katiebabs, not you Mho ;)

Fade to Black – Leslie Parrish 4 stars
Smexy: A great romantic suspense book! Loved the mystery and can’t wait to get more about Wyatt, man in charge. I love a man in charge with gun…a big gun.

Mho Fho: You know about my mammoth gun, right? Wyatt in charge? Does he have a brother names Charles?

Smexy: Mho – how can we not know about your gun – I mean – your woolies are not covered so well.

Must Love Hellhounds Anthology 4 stars
Smexy: Several of my favorite authors all in one book! Ilona Andrews’ story was my favorite – I loved getting Andrea and Raphael’s story. Can’t go wrong with a horny werehyena.

Mho Fho: I knew a wereheyna once. She almost ate me. Had a thing for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. She tried to make a peanut butter and Mho jelly sandwich. I was not a happy sheep because peanut butter is a pain to get out of wool.

Goddess of the Hunt – Tessa Dare 5 stars
Smexy: Seriously, I’m squeeing with delight. The most romantic book I have read this year. Can not wait to read the next two in the series.

Mho Fho: Tessa Dare is my homey! She is my luscious girl, my favorite author this year! She is my goddess, the one I will hunt and throw to the ground and… oh yeah this book is all that and a bag of chips.

Three Seeds – Gabriel Madison 3 stars
Very unique urban fantasy – it won’t stop snowing all over the US and the key lies in one woman named Rose. But she can’t remember any of her past. Can David, her secret guardian save her when others can’t wait to kill her? My review coming next month. Mho – do you roll around the snow making sheep angels?

Mho Fho: The cover to this book freaks me out. Her hair looks like it’s been pasted on. Once I tried to make a snow angel. I couldn’t get back up. It was quite embarrassing. I was stuck in the snow for hours and I couldn’t help myself but the snow around me turned a nice color of yellow. Plus my mammoths got frostbitten. Sorry, not a fan of snow.

Skin Game – Ava Gray 5 stars
Smexy: Goddess of the Hunt was the most romantic, this was the sexiest. Seriously, Reyes is the hottest alpha male out there! I am making everyone buy this book! My review will be coming in late October. Mho – you have major competition now. Reyes could kick your sheep butt! (if I were you, I would let him and enjoy it)

Mho Fho: I think Ann needs to add a kick ass demon sheep in one of her stories. I liven things up! Hello, I am the hottest alpha male there is. Reyes would become a lamb chop when I was done with him.

On the Edge – Ilona Andrews 5 stars
A great new urban fantasy from one of my all time favorite authors. Rose lives between two worlds – one your normal everyday place, the other full of magic. Declan is all sorts of man…hot romance, great world building.

Mho Fho: Does Rose’s head spin living between two worlds? Mine would. Even thought having magic would be cool. I would be the magical pimpin sheep. I would wear a big purple velvet hat and have a cane that shot out moonbeams, rainbows and all that Lucky Charms hoopla.

Covet – J. R. Ward
Smexy: Hot damn I’m reading Covet – my crack addiction is being fed! Ok, in all honesty, I am typing up this post a week before Covet comes out, but damn it I can see into the future – and I see hawt angels on Harleys. Dare I hope for a little nookie on a Harley? I will be plastered to this book at 10am 9/29, hence why this post is being wrote a week before.

Mho Fho: Ward is another home girl of mine! Again she is another author who needs to add a demon sheep to her books. Forget about the dog as a sidekick! Cover needs a motorcycle riding, leather chap loving demon sheep! Leather chaps show off my wooly bits so well. And can I have wings? Angels have wings and for some reason in Ward’s book they all talk like lame rappers with no skill. I can rap better then these leather wearing dudes.
