The Hangover

January 10, 2010 by Mandi 14 Comments

Last night, hubster and I watched The Hangover. Is it cinematic brilliance? No..no. Is it stupid and fun? Oh yes. Here are the reasons why:

  • Bradley Cooper – I fell in love with Bradley Cooper back when Alias came on television. I have had a crush on him and Jennifer Garner (<---girl crush for another conversation) since then. He is all grown up now, and hot damn...mighty sexy. I hear he is going to be in the A-Team remake! Woo and Hoo! My dad and I used to watch the original A-Team together all the time. Will definitely have to take him to the theaters to see it ;)
  • Zach Galifianakis – One of my most favorite stand-up comedians ever. His piano/comedy routine is my favorite.

  • Andy from The Office – aka Ed Helms. Best character on T.V. I heart him in any role he plays.
  • Dude, they stole Mike Tyson’s tiger.
  • Bachelor/Bachelorette parties are fun. No matter where you go, it is so much fun to hang out with the girls (in my case) and go just a little crazy for one night. (I said – just a little!) Hubster has been to Vegas for a bachelor party, and thankfully they didn’t lose the groom.
  • It is filmed in Vegas. I LOVE Vegas. I can’t say why though – you know – all the naughty things stay there an all that. Plus, Brandon Flowers lives in Vegas. Enough said.
  • The last 30 seconds, after the credits when they show what exactly happened bachelor party night – best laughs of the movie.
I actually expected this movie to be more funny that it was, but it was still entertaining and got a giggle out of me a few times. In terms of funny, stupid movies, I still think Superbad is funnier, and more stupid. Hubs owes me a romance/drama now..something deep and dark.

Oh, I LOVED the A-Team! I'm going to be so there when the new movie comes out. Plus, it has Bradley Cooper in it, and he's *yum* hot.

Ok, and I admit I haven't seen The Hangover yet. Yes, I do live under a rock sometimes. LOL. But I have seen Superbad and it was awesome!! Laughed my fool head off. The two cops were the best!! LMAO

Haven't seen this one yet but hubs loved it. I loved Superbad (I <3 McLovin) so am going to watch this one eventually. Did you ever see Role Models? Same humor – I laughed out loud through most of it.

    Hey Mandi!

I love this movie – I laughed so hard while watching it. Did you see the extras? The madness of Ken Jeong is something to check out, especially if you thought Mr. Chow was funny. :P

And Bradley Cooper is hot, oh yeah!

I'm sorry, I have no sense of humour, so I avoide movies like The Hangover like the plague :) Easier that sitting in a movie theatre where everyone is laughing and I'm looking uncomfortable…

I am psyched out about the remake of The A-Team. I too remember the original. I luved Faceman…the original Starbuck :)

There are definitely lots of particulars like that to take into consideration. That could be a great point to convey up. I provide the thoughts above as normal inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you convey up the place an important thing shall be working in sincere good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged round things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both girls and boys feel the impression of just a second’s pleasure, for the remainder of their lives.
