What do we think? This will be a book with Mencheres and I believe a new heroine, Kira. Not sure if that is how I pictures Mencheres, however Jeaniene Frost says she pictures him as Oded Fehr, and I have to agree!!

I think the cover model looks too similar to the cover model on First Drop of Crimson. But I do like this cover better than the first.
Mandi, I can't even tell you how much I adore Oded Fehr. Lawd have mercy since the first The Mummy I was infatuated with him and his hawtness. He is so incredibly sexy and THAT VOICE, THAT ACCENT!!

I never really warmed up to Mencheres, which is probably why I don't like this cover too much. Will I read it? Of course – if anyone can change my mind, Jeaniene Frost can!
I like the model on it, I always thought Menderes was described as young but carrying that air about himself and that dude looks a bit sad… So actually, I like it way more than Fisst Drop!

Hmmm….don't like it. The hero looks creepy and effeminate. Didn't like the cover for First Drop either. But since I think Jeaniene totally rocks, I really don't care about the covers. However, I think her publisher could do better by her…the first four covers of the Huntress series have GORGEOUS covers…what happened?
I often refer to Oded as that hot dude from the Mummy. Not sure I'm completely in lubs with the cover I kind of pictured M (b/c I can't ever spell the name right) as a little older looking for Egyptian-esk.
