If I were to give my friends books this year for Christmas I would give them the BDB series because there is no better way to initiate them into the PNR genre. They would have to work their way up to the hotter erotic books…
Thanks! Maria
Oh, The Iron Duke by Meljean Brook!!!
Fabulous book.

I'd give Sin Undone to my friend. I already gave her the first 4 books in the series.
Definately Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning… I've actually loaned out the series to three four other people and now have them hooked on the series. We are all counting down to Jan. 18th now.

The book I'd give my friends is "Inside Out" by Lauren Dane. It's a great story of survival, family, friends, loyalty and love.

I have naughty friends. I'd give them anything by Lorelei James or a copy of Backstage pass. :)
I think I would give either JD Robb's latest book (I have a sibling who loves CSI/Police Procedure books) or one of the wonderful YA books I read recently.
love2read28@gmail.com
I would give Hatrack River by Orson Scott Card…heavensent1@yahoo dotcom
Harry Potter ,definetly :) that's because neither of them would really try something more wicked :)

Archangel's Consort by Nalini Singh. Angels, Archangels, Vampires and Hunters. What's not to love?
Moon Called or Naked in Death.
It would be a hard choice between Ceremony of Seduction by Cassie Ryan OR Simply Sexual by Kate Pearce ! All my girls need some sexy reading for those cold winter nights ;)
Touched by an Alien by Gini Koch – the perfect blend of mystery, romance, action, and humor!

My friends have completely different tastes than I do. No romance, no UF, no erotica. However, since I got to pick the book for our bookclub this month, I picked A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore – utterly hilarious and a bit twisted, but since it's humorous, hopefully they'll be willing to deal with the paranormal elements.

I'd have to give Wicked Ties by Shayla Black or Assassin's Honor by Monica Burns

Definitely Demon from the Dark by Kresley Cole. Too hotttt!
The two most common books I gave to friends/family this year were Stacia Kane's Unholy Ghosts (Downside Ghosts #1) and Carolyn Crane's Mind Games (Disillusionists #1).
I might have also encouraged lots of reading of The Iron Duke as Rhys makes me swoon.
Chelsea / Vampire Book Club
Well, if its for friends in general, I would go with Strange Neighbors by Ashlyn Chase. Light paranormal, romance, lots of humor! This one was great & prob tops my list of general read this year (non erotic, ie for friends).

I would give all my friends a copy of "Lonesome Dove" truly The Great American Novel!
