I can't believe it but I "discovered" Sherrilyn Kenyon and her Dark Hunter series in 2010. I absolutely love her writing and just can't read her stuff fast enough!

I read many authors for the first time this year, but the two that really stand out to me and who are 'newer' to the scene (and on most people's list) are Carolyn Crane and Stacia Kane. Not original, but these ladies deserve the recognition.
I have two favorite authros that I have discovered in 2010…Jeaniene Frost (The Night Huntress Series) and Charlaine Harris (The Sookie Stackhouse Series)…I absolutely love both of them and I will be reading every book they write!

Well…I discovered Carra McKenna this year. Willing Victim also made my favorites list for 2010. I also discovered Evangeline Collins. That's not technically a true discovery since I've read her m/m's as Ava March but I loved Seven Nights To Forever so I'm calling it a discovery :)

I bought Willing Victim due to all the talk on Twitter and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a lot of new to me authors this year Karen Marie Moning, Nancy Gideon, Laura Griffin, Cynthia Eden, Maya Banks…mmmm seems like the list is never ending!
Oh, looks like a great story by an author I haven't read before….
and an author I discovered this year, and I am very late in discovering her so that I have a large backlist to catch up on is Meljean Brook!!!!

I discovered many authors, but the ones that stick out are Elizabeth Hoyt, Linnea Sinclair, and Larissa Ione. Different romance sub-genres, but still amazing writers.
I discovered several but the ones that stand out are:

I actually have come to love several authors that publish primarily e-books. I had never read a book by either J.A. Saare or Moira Rogers before 2010, and now I can't imagine NOT enjoying their books!
