    I read many authors for the first time this year, but the two that really stand out to me and who are 'newer' to the scene (and on most people's list) are Carolyn Crane and Stacia Kane. Not original, but these ladies deserve the recognition.

    I have two favorite authros that I have discovered in 2010…Jeaniene Frost (The Night Huntress Series) and Charlaine Harris (The Sookie Stackhouse Series)…I absolutely love both of them and I will be reading every book they write!

    Well…I discovered Carra McKenna this year. Willing Victim also made my favorites list for 2010. I also discovered Evangeline Collins. That's not technically a true discovery since I've read her m/m's as Ava March but I loved Seven Nights To Forever so I'm calling it a discovery :)

    I bought Willing Victim due to all the talk on Twitter and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a lot of new to me authors this year Karen Marie Moning, Nancy Gideon, Laura Griffin, Cynthia Eden, Maya Banks…mmmm seems like the list is never ending!

    Do I have to list just one? I got a nook for my anniversary in March and I follow a lot of authors on twitter, so my mew author list has grown exponentailly :] To name a few SHILOW WALKER- love me som GRIMM, DONNA GRANT- yummy yummy highlander warriors, ALYSSA DAY- awesome atlantis warriors, LARISSA IONE- delicious demons, and oh so many more.

    Thanks to getting an ereader, I discovered a lot of authors not carried by my local megamart. One of these that I have devoured everything I can is Maya Banks. I also love these forums so I can steal suggestions from other posters. Even though I never win, I still get a prize that way.

    I discovered many authors, but the ones that stick out are Elizabeth Hoyt, Linnea Sinclair, and Larissa Ione. Different romance sub-genres, but still amazing writers.

    I actually have come to love several authors that publish primarily e-books. I had never read a book by either J.A. Saare or Moira Rogers before 2010, and now I can't imagine NOT enjoying their books!
