10. My Week – Big news…BIG news..the hot tub is no longer in my driveway. It is now in my backyard. Still vertical..and still wrapped in plastic. But, we have an electrician and crew scheduled to come out next week so there is hope! I am still convinced that when we actually tip hot tub over into proper position it will disintegrate into dust or something, but I will try to stay optimistic.
9. I am now a member of the DIK (Desert Island Keeper) Blog! They are a really fab group of bloggers and authors and I am so excited to be able to post over there once in a while. Go check them out if you haven’t yet.
8. Google ebookstore is now open for business. Another place to buy books…yay. I have investigated it much. Dear Author has a small post about it. I don’t see myself using it..but who knows!
7. I like going to Ava March’s blog, and this week she had a picture of Shaving Fun Ken. Is this Smexy’s dream or what? Shoot Ken – I would buy you and never let that razor anywhere near your “manly” beard. Do little girls really need this? The tag line reads “Shave Ken for his big date with Barbie.” Really Ken? What are we shaving exactly?
6. Speaking of dolls, you can get the Acheron action figure (from Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Dark-Hunter series) for the great price of $134.99. *rolls eyes* Forget about Barbie, maybe Ken and Acheron need to have a play date. Ken can bring his shaving kit and Acheron can indulge in Sprite (<—you know what I’m talking about DH fans). Let the good times begin.
5. There is an interesting article in the NY Times about Romance E-books and how popular they are becoming. They point out how convenient E-books are and of course if you are reading on an e-reader, the cover of the book can not be commented upon by others. I could care less who sees the cover of my books, but I LOVE reading on my Kindle. I prefer it to print. And I love the instant gratification I get when I want a book at 11pm. Of course the comments at the end of the article are the typical – romance is fluff and not real reading…blah blah. Whatever. *clings to Happily Ever Afters*
4. This photo is courtesy of Wicked Little Pixie who has done two posts (here and here) highlighting the traumatic experience that is Santa’s lap. Seriously these Santas will be in my nightmares for days to come. Smexy Claus would never cause so much horror.

Ugh, my love for Acheron just died
I had a shaving Ken when was little!! But he had dark hair and a dark beard that went away when you went over it with his sponge razor dipped in hot water! I still have him at my parents house. One of the few dolls my brothers did not be-head. Maybe deep down they had respect for the more mature and manly dark Ken?!
