I’ve had a sneak peek at Live by Mary Ann Rivers, coming out next Tuesday and it is fabulous. The hero’s name is Hefin and he is from Wales and he is a woodcarver. Do I need to continue?? The heroine is from a small town in Ohio and she is very close with her siblings, and there is some brother-sister drama.
She had two novellas out last year – The Story Guy and Snowfall and they both made my best of 2013 list so get on it if you have yet to try her.
I’m happy today to share a three chapter excerpt of her first full length book, Live. Those that have read her novella, The Story Guy will be happy to see a cameo of Carrie.

Oh, this seems like a perfect winter weekend read. I have had my eye on this book. When an author describes heroine as “intelligent” and “loveable” and her heroe as “taciturn” and “shy” I just know I’ll like them. Plus she used one of my favorite description for any romance couple “slow burn”.
