Top Ten will return next week. But, because it’s Friday and we all need some smexy action here is the Olympic Canadian Bob Sled Team. OH CANADA (HI beards and thighs!)
And if you need slightly nsfw action, here is a sexy Red Sox player who likes to take nakey selfies of himself. (There is a tea bag(ging) joke just waiting to burst forth…)
Anyway – oh right book news.
Last month I did a ‘Looking Ahead to January’ post so let’s continue on for February.
May has read Romancing the Duke by Tessa Dare, and the texts I received from her made totally giddy! Seriously, the quotes she sent me had me dropping my phone. I’ve heard such great things about this book. It’s pre-ordered and I can’t wait until Tuesday! Goodreads l Kindle
Also this Tuesday, Reaper’s Legacy by Joanna Wylde. I really enjoyed the first book in this series (if you haven’t read it yet the hero’s name is Horse. Yes..because of his big wenis!) I have heard good things about this one toooooo! Goodreads l Kindle
As Hot as it Gets by Elle Kennedy releases February 11. I LOVE this series. I first found out about it when I saw someone tweet there was a BJ scene between two straight men. I mean – how could I resist that??? Super excited for this one! I believe it’s the last one in this series too *sobs* Goodreads l Kindle
Jaded by Anne Calhoun out February 4. One of my favorite authors. If you have yet to read her, you must. One of the best erotic voices out there. Goodreads l Kindle
Wild Things by Chloe Neill, releasing February 4. I stopped reading this series (I can’t forgive the Ethan thing) but Tori still enjoys and will have a review coming soon. Goodreads l Kindle
Marked Anthology coming February 10 – excited for this one – three fab authors. Helyce will be reviewing this one soon. Goodreads
A few more to note:
High Seduction by Vivian Arend
What a Rancher Wants by Sarah M. Anderson Goodreads
After the Rain by Daisy Harris Goodreads
Cold Iron by DL McDermott Goodreads
Concealed in Death by JD Robb Goodreads

Yes (Dare), yes (Kennedy), & yes (Dane/Arend/Rocha)…these are on my “to buy at 12:01 AM” calendar.
Also high on my to-buy list for Feb: Tiffany Reisz’s “Misbehaving” (Feb 11), Lorelei James’ “Bound” (Feb 4), Maya Banks’ “Letting Go” (Feb 4), and Mari Carr & Jayne Rylon’s “Summer Fling” (Feb 18).
February is looking REALLY good, but my credit card is whimpering in terror!

I used to want to marry a Canadian hockey player but after that picture I think I changed my mind to a bobsledder. Holy crap look at those thighs!
I can’t wait for Reapers Legacy to come out. After reading the prologue I’ve been dying for the whole story. Only 4 days left!!

LOL – they are impressive thighs!
Can’t wait for the next two weeks :)

I did actually read Romancing the Duke after seeing it in this post, but didn´t like it.
At all.
It felt a bit outwashed and I felt bored from time to time. It probably had some potential, but did sadly not live up to my expectations. Now that I think about it, I haven´t encountered a historical romance that I did enjoy for over a year or two. Partly because I don´t like to read the same content in different romance books (guy meets inferior girl, meet same difficulties etc.).
Like your blog a lot (was more of a frequent visitor when it was more about urban fantasy though).
