I labeled Tessa Bailey the queen of the dirty talking hero, and she doesn’t let us down with Matt in Staking his Claim, the final book in this series. We’ve seen glimpses of Matt in previous books, always quiet, broody and mysterious. When we finally meet Matt in this book, he lives up to his intense persona. He is one of Bailey’s more dominant heroes and the heroine couldn’t get enough of him. Lucy loves his dominant nature.
