Blurb: They gave up everything to be together, but love was just the beginning of their journey…
Italian immigrant Gina, independent, compassionate and strong, desperately wants a family. Boston blue-blood Harry, idealistic and fiercely political, wants to create a better world, a better country. Bound together by tormented passion, they rail, rage, and break each other’s hearts, only to come face to face with a stark final choice that will forever determine their destiny.
Their journey takes them through four decades and two continents, through triumph and turmoil, from the wooden planks of the troubled, immigrant town of Lawrence, Massachusetts, to the marble halls and secret doors of a mystical place called… Bellagrand.
From internationally bestselling author Paullina Simons comes another compelling saga of heartbreak and redemption, and the devastating love story that led to The Bronze Horseman.
Last January, I finally sat down and read The Bronze Horseman and it’s now one of my favorite romances. It’s actually the first of a trilogy about Alexander and Tatiana. Alexander is a young man in the Red Army and Tatiana lives in Leningrad with her family. The book starts right before Leningrad is invaded. The book is heartbreaking, romantic, sexy, and just….an epic journey that you won’t forget. It’s 900 pages and I couldn’t put the book down. I’ve also read book two, Tatiana and Alexander. (I have yet to read book three, my heart can’t take it!)
Bellagrand is the prequel to The Bronze Horseman. It’s the story of Alexander’s parents. For those that have read The Bronze Horseman, you know of their story. I have yet to read this, but I may one day. Once I finish Alexander and Tatiana’s story.
Today, I have a print copy of Bellagrand to giveaway. To enter, just leave a comment. If you’ve read The Bronze Horseman, tell me your favorite part or the part that impacted you the most. I’ll pick a winner on Thursday.

I’ll admit, I haven’t read The Bronze Horseman but you’re making it sound so good I’d love a chance to start from the very beginning with Alexander’s parents.

I totally felt the same way about the Bronze Horseman and the sequel. There was NO WAY my heart could take the third book. I loved them and recommend them to everyone.

It’s been awhile and many books ago since I read Bronze Horseman. My favorite part is the first time Alexander and Tatiana see each other after Alexander helped Tatiana and Dasha get out of Leningrad.

I’ve read all 3. The last one shows you their HEA and does not leave you hanging like the others. You’ll be happy you finally read it, I was.

I’ve read and loved all three. My favorite part of TBH is when Alexander pleads with Tatiana to get up so he can save her (and Dasha) from the siege.
Maureen says
I haven’t read it but I will be looking for it.

Oh my gosh, how do I only pick one? This book was everything…. Just no words. My favorite books Ever. I hope one day to meet Paullina. Her books mean so much to me. One part that I remember well is Alexander visiting Tatiana in the hospital…Don’t want to give a spoiler but the first sexual encounter…. And when he went after her when she looked for Pasha.

I’ve read The Bronze Horseman and Tatiana and Alexander so far. The two books are by far my most favorite novels ever. I’d don’t want to spoil anything for anyone who may read this comment who hasn’t read the books yet, so I’ll just say one of my favorite moments is the very ending of Tatiana and Alexader.

I have to say when Tatiana and Alexander meet on the day the war breaks out eating ice cream is the best part of the book.
