10. This is our last Top Ten list until 2015! I think. I currently have nothing planned to post on Friday 12/26. Maybe if I can find my way out of the discarded wrapping paper and my drunken eggnog haze I’ll post. (I won’t).
9. Book news: I found out this week that Hachette is releasing a F/F romance book early next year. I’m really happy to see this. I see that mainstream publishers are starting to pick-up M/M books, and now we get F/F too. Hooray! Here is the blurb:
Tate Grafton has a tough exterior, but underneath she’s kind, caring, and fiercely loyal. That’s why she first started working at Out in Portland Coffee-it was her way of repaying the shop’s owner for taking her in as a homeless teenager. Nine years later, the coffee shop is floundering and Tate feels like she’s letting life pass her by . . . until she shares an unforgettable night with a beautiful stranger. When the mysterious woman disappears the next morning, Tate doesn’t even know her name.
Laura Enfield was supposed to be in Portland for only a few days-just long enough to oversee a simple business deal before joining her conservative father on his political campaign. But when the closeted Laura romances an employee of the coffee shop her company is shutting down, things get suddenly complicated. Now, the lies she’s told for years are beginning to unravel, and her biggest secret is about to be exposed. Laura can’t stop thinking about the barista with the soulful eyes, but after a lifetime of deception, can she finally embrace something true? Goodreads l Kindle
8. Need a good book to read this weekend? The Year We Hid Away by Sarina Bowen is $.99. It’s a M/M new adult and it’s fabulous. Angsty, emotional, sweet, and sooooo sexy. You can read my review here. I highly rec this entire series (they can all be read a stand aloes) Kindle l Nook
7. A Whisker Dam. DO I NEED TO SAY MORE? No more foam on that upper ‘stache men. Link.
6. A wine glass that doesn’t spill. Do you guys know how much I need this in my life? (and maybe unbreakable too). I’m not the most graceful of people. These are $52 each. I might just take a chance with spilling. Sorry to the people near me. Link.
5. Cosmo came out with a list of 17 hot guys in sweatpants – and it’s not too shabby. My husband works from home so I see a lot of sweatpants (I weep). So then I googled hot guys in sweatpants just to see what would come up – and of course – Tumblr is here with even more pictures. Oh Tumblr – you never fail us.
4. And if sweatpants are not enough, there is a list of rugby players who have turned their careers to underwear models. OH HI MEN. You can see the gallery here (men in their undies – beware!) I think if any athlete is going to start modeling underwear, it should be rugby players. Yes.3. I have to say, my husband makes the most amazing hot chocolate. It’s so rich and thick I can only have a few sips. I don’t know what recipe he uses, but this one looks damn good. Recipe.
2. I tweeted this earlier, but just to share one more time – my mom made me Jamie (from Outlander) gingerbread men. They are wearing kilts!!! My Christmas is complete. :) :) :)
1.Happy Friday!! I hope everyone has some holiday festivities planned this weekend. Next week we’ll be posting our ‘Best of’ lists! Should be fun :)

The Year We Hid Away is fantastic but it’s not the M/M romance in the series. The next one, The Understatement of the Year is m/m. I really love this series :)

I loved this series, too. Still have Understatement of the Year in the TBR queue.
Thanks for reminding me, Mandi! … in a round about egg nog haze way. LOL
