10. I think my kids went to school for an entire 2.5 days this week due to ice, snow, cold – I can’t even keep track anymore. I just know I’ve had a house full of children – some mine, some not – and I’ve made a continous stream of chicken nuggets and dried a continous stream of snow pants and gloves. Spring – SPRING? 5. I know about a dozen little girls (and big girls including me) who are obsessed with Lisa Frank inspired manicures. Too bad: One – I can’t keep nail polish on for longer than 30 min without it chipping, and Two: I have ZERO creative ability – but people who do this – I LOVE. I need this in my life. 1. This weekend it’s the hubs birthday. There will be celebrating. In book news I’m going to start A Viking for the Viscountess by Michelle Willingham.
Also! I’m listening to The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins. Zomg. I’m 2 hours in and I’m obsessed. The narrators are sooooo good and the story is giving me anxiety in a good way! *bites nails*

I’m also positively nutty for Outlander. I read the first book – which was amazing as books that size intimidate the hell out of me – and liked it quite a bit, but when I watched the series with Sam Heughan, oh mama- I’m obsessed.
Yeah – I’ve read the first four books but then I always burn out and when I want to start reading again I always read the first four and burn out again. It’s a cycle! lol
I really do love the television adaptation. Can’t wait for it to come back
I love Sam Heughan, I haven’t read the books…they are a bit daunting for me. But planning on buying the first season soon, since I have heard so many great things…and the trailers of the show…he is one sexy male specimen.
And he has such great chemistry with the woman who plays Claire. Good casting
