Mandi: This series is not only one of the most erotic series I read, but it also gives me the warm fuzzies. It’s like my dirty, sexy, comfort read and I love that it is that combination. We get Lili, who is learning about herself now that she is out of the strict, drug inducing haze of Sector 5. She learns about her own desires, and that sexual desire is not shameful, and Jared is the one that starts to show her.
Jared is a spy for Dallas, but is very familiar with the members of Sector 4. He awakens Lilli’s sexual desire, and also learns himself that he needs to let others in and that he isn’t alone in the world. Their relationship is very sweet.
Tori: Beyond Innocence brings us two weary souls who don’t believe in love or that they are worthy of it. The erotic scenes are off the charts as is what we have come to expect from this series but the emotional scenes will give you all the feelz as Jared and some friends slowly and VERY thoroughly teach Lili about her sexuality and the freedom that comes from owning it. Her experiences in Sector 5 were extremely abusive and it distorted her sexual and emotional growth. Lili, in return, shows Jared that he is a man worthy of the love and friendship that is bestowed on him.
The on going arc is expanding and evolving as the Sectors and Eden gather for a showdown. Rogers introduces a new character whom I can’t WAIT to learn more about. I have my thoughts on who his heroine will be and if I’m right, it’ll be quite the show.
Mandi: Kit Rocha can write a sex scene. Nothing says Wicked Wednesday like an Ace/Cruz/Rachel/Jared/Lili sex scene. Yes. I’m going to put it under a spoiler tag because it’s explicit.

You’ll have to read the book to finish the scene. Each book can be read as a stand-alone but I do think you’ll miss out on the dynamics between the characters if you skip ahead.
This series gives me all the smexy and the feels. Beyond Jealousy is probably still my favorite (except for when my favorite is Beyond Pain) but this one is damned close.
