10. Luckily, it looks like Joaquin is now going to turn out to sea. Because by the time he would have gotten to Maryland, we were getting the bearded, somewhat recluse Joaquin and I’m not sure that’s my favorite

7. The Jane Austen Daily Quote App has arrived. Every day, at whatever time you specify, a Jane Austen quote will be delivered. Fun. Link.
6. Look guys – we all love a beard. Bearded men are quite honestly hotter than non-bearded men. This is a fact and you must deal with it. But non-bearded men, we still love you. You still have great personalities. *thumbs up* – If — IF you really want to become a true man and you can’t grow a beard (my brother can’t so I really hope he reads this), you can now hop into the doctor’s chair and have a full beard transplant. I’m not kidding – per this article, for the low price of $7,000, a doctor will thousands of hair follicles from the back of your head and transplant them onto your face.
5. A two minute deleted scene from Avengers Age of Ultron. Thor may be acting weird but he emerges out of a pool of water shirtless – and it’s glorious.
4. Tori sent me this link – you ask, why is she shopping for butt lamps? Let’s not judge her – we all have our own kinks. *wink* (Love you Tori!!) This “lamp” turns on when you spank it.
What a time to be alive.
3. BBC has just announced a Young-Adult Dr. Who spinoff, called Class! Eight, 45-minute episodes will be written by Patrick Ness. They state:
Class is a YA series set in contemporary London. Incredible dangers are breaking through the walls of time and space, and with darkness coming, London is unprotected. With all the action, heart and adrenalin of the best YA fiction (Buffy, Hunger Games), this is Coal Hill School and Doctor Who like you’ve never seen it before.
They will air next year.
2. Screw buying girl scout cookies from your sweet, adorable neighbor. Now you can whip out your very own Girl Scout Cookie Oven Maker! You can buy packages of girl scout cookie ingredients and then bake them fresh in your oven. I just ordered cookies for $4 a box. This cookie mixture on Amazon costs $13. Hmmmm. *wink*
1. Your Friday cute is called a Pika. It’s a round little bunny thing – and it’s adorable!!! Why can’t we all look that cute with food hanging out of our mouths?? Have a great Friday! I’m starting Shadow Fall by Laura Griffin today – I’m craving some good romantic suspense.

Mandi says

I missed that gem. Lol. I’m sitting here laughing my ass off and my hubs looks over my shoulder…”You’re really strange, dear.”
Damn right and that’s why you love me!

Love the Pika picture, thank you. Went to Montana in August to visit Glacier National Park and heard dozens of them. They whistle to communicate to each other; at first I thought it was my cousin down trail, but nope, just these cuties. One lady on the trail even named her dog Pika.
Mandi says
OMG that is so cool!! Thanks for sharing that. I had no they whistled. That makes them even more cute
