Cynthia Eden brings us the classic tale of A Christmas Carol with a few twists…Scrooge is a vampire and the three ghosts who try to save his soul are supernaturals.
This holiday season has bite.
Ben Prescott hates Christmas—he’s a vampire, and to him, there’s certainly nothing jolly about the holiday season. While the humans are running around being merry, he’s hunting in the shadows. Ben plans to spend the holidays his way…by stalking deadly prey.
But fate has other plans for Ben.
Three visitors are coming Ben’s way…A demon who will force Ben to face his past, a ghost who will show Ben the present he could have, and a shifter who will reveal the darkness that waits in Ben’s future. Unless Ben can change his ways, he may just turn into a real monster, one who can’t be saved by anyone or anything.
He was like a furnace, and she loved that heat. It surrounded her. Banished the chill that had cling to her since she had awakened in a morgue and realized he was gone. Her fingers slipped down, down, moving to the snap of his jeans.
“Simone?”
She undid the snap. Slid down the zipper. HIs cock sprang towards her. Fully erect. Thick. So hard. Simone lowered to her knees before him. He watched her with a gaze she couldn’t read. Once, she’d been able to read him easily, but not anymore.
She could only hope her emotins were as hidden. She couldn’t, wouldn’t let him see the fear that curled within her. Passion would win this time. Desire would triumph. Her fingers curled around his cokc. She stoked him once, from tip to root. Again.
Then she put him in her mouth.

Thanks, I downloaded this because I’ve never read a supernatural take on a classic tale before. I have, however read good sexy re-takes of children’s tales (like Eloise James’ historic version of “Cinderella.” I think I remember the title as “A Kiss at Midnight.”)
