Need something cute and dirty to read around Valentine’s Day? This might be for you. Coming in at 60 pages, you don’t get to spend a ton of time with the two heroes, but you get a couple of dirty scenes. We’ll call it a dirty ditty.
Martin is a teacher who has had a few serious relationships but now he is single and isn’t much of a player. He’s not good at flirting, never had a one night stand, etc. His sister gets dumped so he heads with her for a spa weekend over Valentine’s Day since they are both alone. It’s not ideal to spend Valentine’s Day with your sister, but at least he gets a massage and pedicure out of it. While soaking in the hot tub he spies a hot guy in a speedo swimming around. Later that night, after getting very drunk, he gets out of bed (naked – he fell asleep naked in the same bed as his sister. Ermmmmm. Anyway.) and thinks he is going into the bathroom, but instead, goes into the hallway of the hotel, and the door closes and locks behind him. Oopsie. He is now completely naked in the hotel hallway, and guess who strolls down? Speedo man.
Rod offers Martin some clothes so he can run down to get a new key. Martin somehow finds the courage to go back to Rod’s room and make a move. They have a night of naughty sex. Later they meet again, and another round of sex occurs. There is an epilogue that brings together their romance.
It’s a little on the kinky side – toe sucking, and some verra dirty language.
Like I said, it’s 60 pages at most, so we don’t go into great detail. We get to know Martin and his insecurities but we really don’t get to know Rod that well. It’s a fun read, but it’s brief.
