9. We have a new reviewer here at Smexy! She has posted a couple of reviews recently, and we are bringing her on full-time. Her name is Kini (we met on twitter) and I asked her to introduce herself:

My obsession with reading dates back to The Baby-Sitters Club. I have graduated to books with a slightly more adult theme. I got a Nook in 2010 and there’s been no going back. My world changed drastically when I realized that not only were other women reading romance, they were on the internet talking about them.

A few of my favorite things from romance novels are: smart, yet awkward heroines, beta heroes, enemies to lovers, awkward sex, and growly recluse heroes. I read contemporary almost exclusively. Don’t judge me. 2016 will probably be the year I read a historical. Maybe, probably. Some favorite authors include: Jill Sorenson, Jennifer Crusie, Kristen Ashley, Sarah Mayberry, and Molly O’Keefe.

I have college age son and I am thankful everyday that I no longer have to parent a young child as it would cut into my reading time.

7. Firefighters and puppies, anyone? An annual calendar from firefighters in Australia, they have raised a lot of money over the years.

Puppies are good…but I think backs are even better

6. You guys. This guy. First, based on his Instagram feed, he is an amazing potter/sculptor). But. You guys – his arms. HIS ARMS. His hands. The way he slaps the clay at the end.

He has a lot more videos on his Instagram. Yeah. Mold it baby.

5. The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins was one of my favorite audio books last year. And now the trailer is out! Honestly, it’s hard for me to picture Emily Blunt as Rachel – but I’m going to give it a chance. I’m excited for it.

4. This is how Michael Buble eats corn on the cob. It’s both odd and a huge turn on.

Gives me a corn-on-the-cob-oner.

3. Buzzfeed has 21 wine slushies for you to try this summer. Many look like a lot of work – but if you are feeling adventurous. My liquor store sells pouches of wine slushies in the summer. They are YUMMY.

2. The girl double fisting pizza on the kiss cam is my hero.

1.My kids have had so many tests and projects due this week – whew. We survived. My brother is hosting his annual Game of Thrones dinner tomorrow night. He is a really good cook and always comes up with fun dishes for this theme. I’ll have to wear my Khal Drogo shirt again *wink* Have a great weekend. Read something smexy!
