Rhenna Morgan is here to talk about her new release, Waking Eden!

It’s release day for Waking Eden which means I’ll give myself a whopping few hours to chill, kick my feet up, and celebrate in the way of a really freaking good book before the day is over. Seriously, the one carrot I can always dangle in front of myself to make sure I get my word count completed each day is the reward of uninterrupted reading indulgence.

Since today is all about celebrating and will definitely end with my iPad in my lap, I thought it might be fun to share some of the top authors that always bubble to the top of my list.

#1 – Kristen Ashely

This woman is my crack. We’re talking one of the few people guaranteed to make me break out in a complete fan-girl freak out at the mere mention of her name. I don’t even blink before I 1-click her new stuff because I know her heroes are going to make me want to check out of reality for a good long while.

#2 – Sylvia Day

As a writer, I can’t help but be awed by Sylvia’s skills. Every time I read her books, I’m astounded by the exceptional way she weaves words together. Every sentence is a work of art to me, the words she chooses always rich and colorful. She makes the craft look effortless. (Not to mention, Gideon Cross is freakin’ hot!)

#3 – Juliette Cross

Juliette might be new to you, but if you’re into paranormal romance with hot, alpha heroes, you absolutely must get something from her backlist on your TBR. Her dragon books are probably my favorite, but I ripped through her demon series no less slowly. Everyone I’ve turned on to her has given me two thumbs up after.

#2 – Joanna Wylde

Joanna is my go-to source when I’m after something edgy, especially her MC books. I stumbled onto Reaper’s Property shortly after I’d read Kristen Ashley’s Motorcycle Man and haven’t missed one of her releases since. If you like knights in tarnished armor, the Reapers are sure to please.

#1 – Kresley Cole

I loved Kresley Cole and her Immortal’s After Dark Series as soon as I got my hands on the first one. But it was her Game Maker Series that catapulted her into Must Buy status. If you like flaming hot, seriously kick as alpha’s I cannot recommend her erotic series enough. Especially the first one, The Professional.

So, there you go! Those are my top five go-to authors that will definitely by circling the top of my TBR list before the day is over. What are your favorites? Have any you’d care to share before I settle in and make my selection? I’m always looking for a new, exciting discovery.

With a long foretold and annoyingly vague prophecy warning of immense change for Eden, Ramsay Shantos is forced to hunt words and legends instead of rebels. For a man of action, it’s the worst kind of agony. Until he encounters a sexy librarian who bears the fated prophecy’s mark. A mark no human should possess.

Tortured by her mixed heritage, Trinity Blair has enjoyed little human touch in her life, let alone intimacy. Even the most innocent contact fills her mind with a person’s deepest, darkest secrets—except for Ramsay. Her immunity to his thoughts sparks a fragile hope that she might finally experience the passion of her Dark Spiritu brethren…unless he’s the dangerous crossroads her father predicted.

When knowledge of Eden goes viral in the human realm, Trinity is Ramsay’s only hope for quelling mass panic. Can he risk revealing the secrets of his race to the guileless ray of sunshine? Or is she the unknown source of Eden’s destruction?

Warning: Contains one playboy warrior well-equipped with wicked words, a panty-melting grin, and well-honed moves in and out of the bedroom.
