News from Kini:
Bountiful by Sarina Bowen– A secret baby is one of my favorite tropes and it’s use in this story held up well. It didn’t wow me like book one, but still was good.
The Cinderella Deal by Jennifer Crusie– I use Hoopla Digital through my library and this was the only Crusie book they have on audio. I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted to. Linc takes too long to realize Daisy is perfect just the way she is.
Up next, The Proposition by Elizabeth Hayley, out 10/31. Blurb says it is a fake-relationship, which I love. Fingers crossed it is a good read.
News from Tori:
Deja New by Mary Janice Davidson–An fun humorous mystery with a touch of the paranormal. Review to come.
The Marriage He Must Keep by Dani Collins–A sexy arranged marriage romance and one woman’s refusal to go back to being a doormat. (Wrong Heirs #1)
The Consequences He Must Claim by Dani Collins– A man and his secretary, a case of amnesia, and a secret baby. A fast read with a predictable ending. I liked the unspoken hint of BDSM in their love life. (Wrong Heirs #2)
This weekend I’m reading Hailey Edwards’ Bayou Born. I’ve heard nothing but kudos for this latest release.

I enjoyed reading Bountiful this week, too. I also read the third book which I enjoyed more. Now I’m tempted to re-read the first book ….
