Tori’s TBR:
Iron and Magic by Ilona Andrews 12/?– It’s Ilona Andrews. How could I NOT want it??? #9.5 in the Kate Daniels series bring us Hugh’s story and what a story it promises to be.
Roomies by Christina Lauren 12/2-A fake marriage romance? Sign.Me.Up. I actually have this for review and super stoked for it.
Year One by Nora Roberts 12/5-Nora Roberts writes dystopian? Ummmm…YES PLEASE!!
Flames in the Dark by Faith Hunter 12/5-The 3rd in Hunter’s Soulwood series, a spin-off from her Jane Yellowrock series, offers more thrills and chills when a new predator enters the fray. Love the series-love the world. Review to come.
The Boy by Tami Hoag 12/5– I love Hoag’s Doucet/Broussard and Fourcade world-everyone know’s Lucky’s Lady-and am thrilled to see her revisit it after all this time.
Killman Creek by Rachal Caine 12/12-The 2nd in her suspense-filled psychological thriller Stillman Lake series, Caine let us with a mild cliffhanger and I for one need to know what happens next.
Man Hands by Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby 12/11– A new series by Bowen that promises, as always, much laughter and smexytimes!! Review to come.
The Hookup (Moonlight and Motor Oil #1) by Kristen Ashley 12/19- After reading Complicated, I am convinced Ashley is back in the saddle and more of the old skool rom com suspense we have all come to love is in the works. Plus? The cover ROCKS!
Whore by Willow Aster 12/26-A prostitute who wants out is caught between two men who both need her for different reasons. I’m all for new beginnings and redemption and Aster promises all that and more in her latest contemporary.
The Young Queens by Kendare Blake 12/26-The prequel to a new YA fantasy about three black witches and the fight to become queen. It has a Black Jewels feel to it.
Now That You Mention It by Kristan Higgins 12/31-I adore Higgins’ contemporaries and love the fact it is not only set in the same world as her last two novels but also deals with family, forgiveness, and coming into your own. Review to come.

Mandi’s TBR:
Cowboy Up by Harper Sloan 12/19. I looooove this series – it’s funny with growly heroes and it’s suppppper sexy. Finally get Clay’s story who falls for a bookstore owner. *heart eyes*
A Distant Heart by Sonali Dev 12/26. A favorite author – she writes deep, complex emotions with beautiful HEAs. I can’t wait for this one. I recommend her entire backlist.
Once Upon a Christmas Eve by Elizabeth Hoyt 12/5. A novella set in her Maiden Lane series, this is so adorable. The heroine is the sister of Godric St. John and the hero comes upon their house in a bad winter storm. There are walks through the snow, christmas decorating and a christmas eve ball. It’s lovey. Review coming next week.
Surrender to Ruin by Carolyn Jewel 12/5. I adore Carolyn Jewel books. They are so sexy and smartly written. I can’t wait for this one.
West Coast Love by Tif Marcelo – 12/11. A series set around foodies, I enjoyed both book one and two. This one apparently has a “food journalist and a grumpy cameraman.” Gimme.

Kini’s TBR:
Cruel Kind of Beautiful by Michelle Hazen Dec 4– This popped up on my GR after Tori read it and I saw one other person that I follow gave it 5 stars. I don’t actively seek out NA books, but this one looks like it could be good.
Man Hands- Sarina Bowen & Tanya Eby- December 11. This is Sarina Bowen’s first foray into romantic comedy and I am really excited to see how she does it. Typically her books cover heavier topics so this could be quite different.
Dance With Me Alexis Daria December 12– I really enjoyed the first in this series and curious to see if the second is just as good as the first.
Cowboy Up Harper Sloan December 17– I have read the previous ones in this series and we finally get the story of the oldest brother.
The Hook Up (Moonlight and Motor Oil #1) Kristen Ashley December 19– Y’all know I love me some Kristen Ashley, especially her contemporaries. I am still coming off the little high from Complicated. I am hoping it has all that I love from her contemps. Although all these new stories keep me from getting Luci and Hap’s story, aka Heaven & Hell 2.
Now That You Mention It Kristan Higgins December 26– I have been a fan of Higgins for many years. Her last couple have been more women’s fiction, but I am okay with that. Her most recent book had a really great portrayal of sisters, so I interested to see how this one holds up.
A Distant Heart by Sonali Dev December 26– I read her previous three books earlier this year and I really loved them. I barely skimmed the blurb for this new book but Dev writes such emotional stories and characters, I can’t not have this on my TBR.
Kareni says
Ooh, I see some tempting books above. I’ll be looking forward to future reviews.

I didn’t realize how many good things I had to look forward too! Most excited for Hughs book and Man Hands. Anybody else schedule in reading during Christmas shopping trips? HA ok maybe I’m the only one but if I’ve got a babysitter, you better believe I’m going to spend at least 30m of reading time in the car uninterrupted
Tori says
I spend a lot if time in the bathroom with the door locked. Lol
