News from Tori: Eight Simple Rules For Dating A Dragon by Kerrelyn Sparks is a mischevious story that continues the arc surrounding the “enhanced” ones. Slightly outrageousness and juvenile, some aspects were silly cute and some were just plain ridiculous. I was especially put out by how pushy the hero was concerning the heroine. He made a lot of decisions that were geared more towards his needs than hers. Review to come.
Kiss Me Back by Sidney Halston was okay The 3rd in her Panic series, I really zeroed in on the premise of two lonely people who have chosen to hide in the glitz of the club atmosphere. The hero grows on you while the heroine stays heavily insolated. I liked that Halston choose a heroine with a disability but I hated it read more like a plot device/conflict maker. Review to come.
This weekend I’m reading Tessa Bailey’s Disturbing His Peace and hopefully Cake: A Love Story by J. Bengsston. Helyce reviewed it this week and I am siked to read.
