Mandi wants to read:
The Governess Game by Tessa Dare – 8/28 “He’s been a bad, bad rake—and it takes a governess to teach him a lesson” Do we need anymore of a reason to read this?? Oh! And Tori has already read it and gave it a B+. So excited.
Desperate Girls by Laura Griffin – 8/7. I’m starting this one today. I really love this author – one of my favorite romantic suspense authors.
The Duke with the Dragon Tattoo by Kerrigan Byrne – 8/28. “He is known only as The Rook. A man with no name, no past, no memories. He awakens in a mass grave, a magnificent dragon tattoo on his muscled forearm the sole clue to his mysterious origins. His only hope for survival—and salvation—lies in the deep, fiery eyes of the beautiful stranger who finds him. Who nurses him back to health. And who calms the restless demons in his soul…” IF THIS BOOK DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THAT BLURB I WILL BE DEVASTATED. *ahem* I’ll calm down now.
Mr. August by Bailey Bradford – 8/7. I’ve not read a Calendar Men book, but this came across as a review request and I’m going to grab it.

Kini wants to read:
Bad Reputation by Stefanie London– I read the first in this series and really enjoyed it. “Bad boys” get it together for the woman they love is a trope that I enjoy. Except the men in this series aren’t actually bad, it just seems that way because of an app.
Stripped by Zoey Castille– Hero is a stripper. I’ve heard this described as romance Magic Mike. YES PLEASE
Angela Haley says
Mandi, the book lives up to the blurb.

Waiting for August 28 and Skye Warren’s THE EVUTION OF MAN, the second part of her Trust Fund duet. Part one, SURVIVAL OF THE RICHEST, is about a woman torn between two very different men—both of whom are driven by the desire to accrue more wealth. Really timely theme of men using their wealth to control women. I can’t wait to see which of the two men the heroine finally chooses.
