What are your most anticipated books for 2024?
I had no idea Charlotte Stein had a new book in the works—tropey title, illustrated cover, and all. $12.99 for an ebook is a little too rich for my blood though. It’ll be library or price drop for me.
The 2024 releases I’m looking most forward to right now are:
Cait Nary’s LUCKY BOUNCE (January 9): m/m between a hockey player and his daughter’s teacher.
Ainsley Booth’s THE SCORING SECRET (January 25): m/f blurbed as “You’ve Got Mail” for the Tinder generation”.
Ashley Kane’s & Morgan James’s CRUSHED ICE (February 6): the next book in their Hockey Ever After series of m/m romances. This one features age-gap, veteran/rookie, and teammates-to-lovers tropes.
Willow Dixon’s LEFT ON READ (March 7): m/m, friends-to-lovers. Dixon was one of my favorite discoveries of 2023; she writes angsty m/m that manages to avoid the “third act big-mis”.
Sarina Bowen’s THE FIVE YEAR LIE (May 7): Bowen’s first thriller—a woman receives a text from a man who’s been dead for five years. Or has he?
Serena Bell’s HOTT TAKE (June 25): the next in her Hott Springs Eternal series, this one features two Hollywood stars—far away from Hollywood—entering into a fake relationship.
Zoe York’s NO GOOD KISS GOES UNPUNISHED (no release date yet): the first in her new Pine Harbour Brewery series.
Rachel Ember’s EVERY SINGLE FALL (no release date yet): the latest in her Wild Ones series of m/m romances.
And, of course, many others. But these are at the top of my 2024 tbr as of today.
