Interview With Author Michelle Picard
After reading Ruling Eden, Michelle Picard's debut novel I wrote to her and asked if she would mind doing an interview so we could get to know her better. She kindly agreed and has also offered a book for a giveaway.Who is Michelle Picard? Tuesday Tidbits
I just finished Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase. Yes, I am the last historical romance fan on the planet to have read this book. I told my husband I can't believe it came out in 1995 and I have never read it!! He doesn't seem to think 1995 was that long ago...but I have missed 14 years of obsessing over this book! (14 yrs ago I probably would not have appreciated it like I do now though) I am in complete love with both Sebastian and Jessica. In my opinion, this book was perfection. The Continue Reading

JD Robb's Naked in Death and LKH Anita Blake are a close second and third.2. What book do you own the most copies of?Just one copy of each Continue Reading
What Smexy is all about…
My favorite word is Smexy (Smutty Sex). I find that a lot of the books I read can be classified into the "smexy" category. The cover of Lover Avenged, one of my top ten books I am anticipating for 2009, is definitely smexy. (I also assume the words after the cover will be super smexy - but we have to wait until 4/28 to find out)I think my husband is smexy (alas, his nickname, Mr. Smexy), I also think a lot of the alpha males I read about are smexy as well. I fear my husband sometimes feels Continue Reading
Smexy Deals- Deals for books by Sierra Simone, Nora Roberts, Sherry Thomas and more!
After being a soldier, working as a bodyguard should have been simple: keep the owner of DC’s ultra-secret club safe, don’t think about his midnight eyes or his devil’s smile, don’t surrender my body to his wicked desires. But I underestimated Mark Trevena and the power of his dark, seductive world. I underestimated the hold he’d have on me, the way I would do anything for him at all. And so when he asks me to escort his soon-to-be bride home, I can only—miserably, broken-heartedly—say Continue Reading
