10. This week has been crazy. We’ve had snow, school closings, and my oldest son turned seven. He got a spy video camera wrist watch. Why did I think letting my seven year old take secret video footage of me was a good thing? He already knows how to plug the usb thing into the computer too – to download his pictures. Lovely. I will never introduce him to youtube. Worse – my Mother In-law bought him one too..so now my 4 year old wears the extra. There is nowhere to hide in my house.
9. Nalini Singh announced the next book in her Guild Hunter series will be called Archangel’s Blade and will be Dmitri’s book!! (releasing 9/11) She says we have not met the heroine yet. I LOVE Dmitri! Bring him on! See her blog for more info.
Speaking of Nalini Singh – I believe Archangel’s Consort, the current Guild Hunter release, due out January 25th IS shipping from Barnes and Noble. Go HERE. 8. Yesterday, Fiction Vixen, Tori and myself hosted the Dreamfever chat. There are some awesome theories in the comment section!! We have a few more days until Shadowfever comes out! Y’all…I might not make it.
If you haven’t heard – the first two chapters of Shadowfever were released without Karen Marie Moning’s consent, however she has posted a link on her blog if you would like to read them. I read them. I’m terrified to say anything because I don’t want to spoil anyone. But you do learn…stuff. It obviously picks up right where Dreamfever leaves off. I need it to be Tuesday. Smexy is a bundle of nerves. Hold me.

6. The first chapter of River Marked (Due out March 1st) by Patricia Briggs, Mercy Thompson book #6, is up on her website. I LOVE this series. Adam is my boyfriend, if you didn’t already know that. He growls like a sexy beast. Grrrr Adam.
5. Speaking of my boyfriends, I recently joined the Desert Island Keepers Blog, a fun group of blogger and authors that talk about all different topics. As part of the team, you get to pick 8 heroes who you would pick to take to a deserted island and shack up in a hut with. Oh yes. Since I’m a newbie, I could only choose heroes that the others have not chosen yet, but I must say, I am thrilled with my list. Smexy is going to have some good times in her hut y’all!! 4. Cover Alert – Midnight by Ellen Connor – the writing team of Ann Aguirre and Carrie Lofty. I LOVE this cover. This is book two in their Dark Age Dawning series. Book one:

3. I saw the trailer for Cowboys and Aliens when I went to see Harry Potter. Directed by Jon Favreau with Daniel Craig and Indiana Jones Harrison Ford. Looks awesome! It comes out this July.
