News From Mandi: I was a little disappointed with Duke of Midnight by Elizabeth Hoyt. I love this series but I found the hero and heroine to not have that explosive chemistry between them like some of her other couples. Individually I liked him, but their romance was just okay for me. Review coming in October.
The Striker’s Chance by Rebecca Crowley is a fun soccer sports romance. (think David Beckham!) The hero was in a bad car accident, and ends up coming from England to play on North Carolina’s new soccer team. He meets their PR person, and a romance develops.
Other than that I read The Dimple of Doom, High Passion (wait, I haven’t reviewed this yet – but will next week!) and Uncommon Passion, all which I reviewed earlier this week (and I recommend them all).
I’m currently reading Bringing Home the Bachelor by Sarah Anderson – I’ve only read chapter one but I already want to hump the hero’s massive tree trunk thighs. Is that wrong?
News from Tori: I find everything is better with Pandas. So, my weekly wrap up is Pandas interpreting how I felt about the book I read.
Pulse (Club Grit Trilogy #1) by Brooke Jaxsen
Tempting Fate (The Lost Girls, #3) by Amber Lin
Drinking and Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders by Brandi Glanville
The Corrupt Comte (The Bourbon Boys Quartet, #1) By Edie Harris
I have some biker mc madness coming up, also the next Dreg City installment from Kelly Meding and a mature YA by Sabrina Elkins.

WP, pandas, and gifs hate me. Today proved that. They mocked me. I just don’t know if my fragile ego can handle it.
