10. A stomach bug has rolled through our house for the past week. It hit everyone – my eldest son was the last to get it and hopefully by tomorrow it’s gone. GONE I SAY. The above will be me tonight. It’s all I have left.

9.Book Rec!! In the Middle of Somewhere by Roan Parrish. This is currently on sale for $.99 and I LOVED the blurb and then I mentioned it on Twitter and many rec’d it so I’ve started it. I’m about halfway through but feel confident enough to recommend it to y’all. Quick set up: One hero is a tattooed, very new college english professor from Philly, who gets his first job in nowhere Michigan. Accidentally hits a dog (dog is OKAY don’t worry!) and recluse second hero comes out of the woods to help him. This hero is huge, awkward (omg so awkward) wears flannel, (ADOPTS INJURED DOG) and lives in a log cabin. *bites lip* Great chemistry, so sexy, love them both.  (If the second half sucks, sorry!! But I can’t imagine it will) A second book by this author is releasing soon.   Kindle l Nook

8. Hey – so Sophia from Fiction Vixen and I put out a monthly newsletter. We have revamped it for 2016! Our new shiny letter will now release the first Tuesday of every month (so Tues 3/1 will be the next one) and it will be heavy on recommedations. Recs of the books we loved in the previous month. 7. They are remaking Dirty Dancing – which makes me kind of sad. The original Dirty Dancing is just…..sooooo goooooood. Do we really need to remake it?? They just cast Johnny.

3. Painting your nails is SO 2015. 2016 – Year of the hairy nail. Yes, I have a beard obsession. Yes, I love a hairy chest. Maybe this is one way I can express my love of hair, on my own body. Could I glue curly hairy chest hair to my fingernails? No?

2. Sarina Bowen has a new book coming out with Berkley this September!! Rookie Move. I love this author’s voice – so excited for this one.
