10. Veronica Mars revival– They did a surprise early release. I am waiting to catch up on some of the older seasons first. 2004 was A LONG time ago. Have you binged it yet? No spoilers please

9. Smexy joined Instagram– We created an account for Smexy over on Insta. Who knows what we will post, but give us a follow.

8. A new romance podcast is launching. I am biased because I know most of the folks participating in this! RomBkPod posted their teaser episode this week. I think if you love #RomBkLove that happens every May, you will love this podcast.

7. The Ripped Bodice Awards for Excellence in Romantic Fiction. The Ripped Bodice announced they will be doing an award for the best in romantic fiction. The winners will be announced on Valentine’s Day 2020. All the info is on their site.

6. Romance Writers of America is having their annual conference and tonight is the ceremony for the RITA’s, basically the Oscars but for romance novels. They will be streaming online and you can watch from the comfort of your home. They start at 7pm EST, today Friday 7/26.

5. Our friends over at Frolic have a cover reveal of ‘The Worst Best Man’ by Mia Sosa. It’s super cute and I am excited to read this.

4. Ellie and some other folks are organizing #notRWA19 on twitter and posting about topics. It is a great way to engage with some great people and topics talking books!

3. No top 10 from me would be complete if it didn’t include a picture of my cat, Kitty Scarlett. I am obsessed with her. She tolerates me so she can get the love and attention she craves. We are purrfect for each other. If you follow me on Instagram, I post a lot of stories about her. I have no plans to stop soon. Last weekend I wrapped in a purrito on the bed and I am surprised I made it through the night.

2. As I mentioned I am at RWA this for a couple of days. I am mostly doing “barcon”, aka hanging out in the bar/lounge area and meeting up with folks. I’ve met a ton of people and everyone is just lovely. I was able to get a ticket to the RITA ceremony (thank you Harper Miller and the NYC-RWA chapter for welcoming me.) I will try to live tweet it. I posted the link above if you’re interested in streaming it. Also I’ve meet with a few publicists and hearing about upcoming books. I can not wait until we have stuff to share with y’all :)
