What I read this week: Captive Desire by Robin Lovett Planet of Desire #2 Erotic Science Fiction Romance November 19, 2018 by Entangled Publishing Favorite Quote: She is everything. She is all there is. Her body is my universe. For now. I've been reading quite a bit of fantasy/urban fantasy/science fiction romance lately. Fury by Rachel Vincent Menagerie #3 Urban Fantasy October 30, 2018 by MIRA Favorite Quote: "I love you. I have always loved you. And when I die, it will be with your name on my lips." Reviewed by Angela Wow. I've anxiously awaited the conclusion to the Menagerie series for some time, but now that I've read it I'm kind of at a loss. I don't know exactly how I feel. Maybe it's because this series has been so sad and terrible at times, the treatment of the cryptids so horrific, Continue Reading

What I read this week: Archangel's Prophecy by Nalini Singh Guild Hunter #11 Urban Fantasy October 30, 2018 by Berkley I'm not sure how to review this book without giving away spoilers. Although I'm sure by now, most romance readers aware that Elena and Raphael are once again in the spotlight and have heard the ruckus over the cliffhanger ending. Archangel's Prophecy starts out slow and easy, readers are thrown right back into a familiar world. I always enjoy those first few chapters Continue Reading

I was scrolling through twitter a while back and came upon a tweet by the author saying that she had gone "Full Heyer" and that there were all the tropes my heart could possibly desire and from that moment on I was all in. Virgin country gentleman forced into close proximity with his dastardly (but not Continue Reading

Kill the Queen is the first book in Jennifer Estep's brand new fantasy series, Crown of Shards.
