Smexy’s Top Ten–December 9th
10. The Christmas tree is up and hubs and I didn’t even threaten to divorce each other once! Getting the tree to stand upright without falling over in the stand is probably the most stressful 30 minutes of our marriage every year. As I said last week, they are heavy on the sex but I think they show Continue Reading

Guest Author Jennifer Armentrout and Giveaway
We are happy to have Jennifer Armentrout at Smexy today to celebrate her release of her new book, Obsidian. Take it away, Jennifer! If you’ve read Half-Blood or Obsidian, it’s pretty obvious I’m big on the romance. I don’t think I could write a book that didn’t have a decent amount of love fest going on. Romance is always integral to whatever book I’m writing, and I think one of the reason why I love writing it so much is because I LOVE reading it. Especially in young adult books. That Continue Reading

Mini Reviews From Jill
Occasional guest reviewer Jill Sorenson is back with some mini reviews for us. Hi Smexy! Thanks for having me back. I thought I’d do a quick wrap-up of some of the f/f and f/f/m stories I’ve read this year. Forbidden by Em Petrova: I requested this anthology on NetGalley because it had an f/f story. Noelle, the heroine, goes to an all-girl party with a murder/mystery theme. There are clues--and scantily clad ladies involved in shocking sex acts--around every corner. Noelle finds Continue Reading
Review: Night Reigns by Dianne Duvall
Night Reigns by Dianne Duvall (Immortal Guardians #2) Paranormal Romance December 6, 2011 Zebra Books Reviewed by Helyce Night Reigns is book two in Dianne Duvall’s Immortal Guardians series and for me it was all kinds of awesome. I wish I had read book one first, though, because it apparently ended with a cliffhanger regarding the heroine in this book, Ami. While it was clear early on that there was some question about Ami and what, exactly, she is-I’m happy to report that it is Continue Reading
