Hosed (Happy Cat #1) by Pippa Grant and Lili Vanlente- I love Pippa Grant, but I haven't read anything she's written with a writing partner. This one started out slow for me, but the more I read, the more I got into it. It has the signature Pippa Grant zaniness with a sweet romance. There is a small town feel to it complete with nosy neighbors gossiping and everyone knowing everything about everyone's business. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. Final Grade- B- America's Continue Reading

Smexy’s Top Ten – July 27
10. I don't know if I blame this on being 40, or just being a big dummy but... on Wednesday, I dropped my son off at his 30 min piano lesson, and I ran to the grocery store to grab a few things. I then promptly drove home, and unloaded the groceries and kept thinking - hmmm something feels weird. Yes, I forgot my son was still at piano (I had his cell phone in my purse) so that was super awesome. And then yesterday, I drove him to his 90 min rugby practice. I came home and started dinner, and Continue Reading
