I for one am soooo READY to ring in the New Year and (yet again!) embark on my quest to vanquish my TBRs and devour the books I am eagerly anticipating. MY 2020 romance reading forecast promises to be full of contemporary gems, paranormal activity-and I am determined to mark my return, back to my beloved Historicals- my all time fav genre, which took a back seat for me in 2019. My eyeballs are READY:
Road to Salvation, Trilogy by Jamie Begley (Last Riders)– Book 1, Gavin’s Song is out now, but I dislike (detest, hate, loathe) cliffhangers, so I am determined to hold off on this series read until all three are available. Begley predicted 2-3 months between novels so I anticipate an early summer binge. I. Can’t. Wait- (But dammit I will, because, CLIFFHANGERS- Nope!)
Hunt of the Dragon (Vale of Stars, #4) by Juliette Cross THIS SERIES IS SO GOOD GUYS! If you haven’t read Book 1, “Waking the Dragon” do it- right now. It’s one of my fav books of all time. I re-read it allllll the time. Ugh. Delicious.

I am so ready for Kati Wilde’s MIDSUMMER BRIDE, but I also may have mentioned a time or two or ten thousand (lol) that I’ve been waiting for close to four years now for Kati’s LOSING IT ALL, sequel to BREAKING IT ALL and part of her Hellfire Riders MC series. It was scheduled for publication last September, but Kati pulled it because she wanted to make some minor changes which morphed into a major rewrite. She’s also had some challenges in her private life and a lot of demands in her “regular” (i.e., non-writing) job. So I just wait patiently for whenever Kati is able to publish something new. Meanwhile, I have 13 new releases on the tbr—just for January alone. Thank God I got Amazon gift cards for Christmas!
