Happy Weekend! What’s everyone reading? I just started Runaway Girl by Tessa Bailey and finished King of Battle and Blood by Scarlett St. Clair. It was AMAZING. Review coming soon! My hubs and I watched the Squid Game finale last night. Wow!! If you haven’t seen it, clear a few hours and binge through. It’s disturbing, fast paced and addicting.
Here we go…

Some really great TikToks this week. I LOVE Noodles and Bone or No Bones days. And BookTok is really expanding and that’s great! I’ve discovered so many indie authors from there.

Each book is a self-contained romance set in Bootleg Springs, West Virginia, but there’s an overarching mystery that threads through all the books about a girl who went missing many years ago. I am currently midway through the fifth book, GIN FLING, and there’s quite a bit of suspense being ratcheted up as more information about what happened to the missing girl is coming to light.
Ohhh….that looks good! Will check it out. :)
I am reading Paladin’s Hope by T. Kingfisher, and it is fantastic. I don’t think she has ever written a bad book.
I’ve seen so many reccs on this author, but have never read them before. Putting it on my TBR!
My daughter and husband watched the The Squid Game. What I caught glimpses off was freaky.
It is super freaky and it’s now Netflix’s #1 show EVER. Beating Bridgerton!
Well, there you go. It wasn’t my cup of tea – Bridgerton was though
