Is that seriously the only book I read this week?? I’m weeping.  Why are the holidays so darn busy?

I started Off Campus by Amy Jo Cousins. Enjoying so far. I’ll report back.

I’m also listening to Mr. Perfect by Linda Howard. A classic. Fun on audio. I’ve laughed out loud more than once while wrapping presents.

So the bad news is that I’ve read nothing this week. The good news is that my gift are wrapped and cookies are baked and house is semi-clean for family coming in to town Sunday.

News from Tori: It’s been another slow reading week at Casa Benson. I think December is draining me.

Lani Lynn Vale’s Kevlar To My Vest is another winning installment in her Heroes of the Dixie Wardens MC series. Fans will rejoice in finally getting Viddy and Trace’s story. Vale’s trademark humor, steamy love scenes, sexy dirty talk, and action packed scenes made for a quick and engaging read. Vale is the ultimate of cracky authors and I can’t wait to see what she has for us next.

Dead Heat (Alpha and Omega #4) by Patricia Briggs is outstanding. That’s all I can say. Trust me on this. Out. Stand. Ing.

I read four Harlequin American Romances this week. I can hear the ‘whhhaaaassss’  now. :P I read Harlequins, damn it! I read:

The Baby Bonanza by Jacqueline Diamond. Babies, cheating, and bullying…oh my!

A Texan for Hire by Amanda Renee. Romance and mystery.
Her Rodeo Man by Cathy McDavid. Second chances and forgiveness.

The Doctor’s Cowboy by Trish Millborn. Bad boy cowboys and the women that tame them.
