10. My Week – Isn’t this the coolest picture of a bubble popping? It makes me smile. Otherwise all I have seen this week is rain. Rain. And wait – rain. And worms. Hubs made me plant some flowers. Pretty sure I touched a worm. I’ll be over it soon. I have indoor hands. They are not equipped for nature. 9. Lothaire News! This is a week old, but I didn’t have a chance to talk about it last week. Lothaire’s heroine will be – Elizabeth Pierce. We don’t know a lot about her. She might be Continue Reading

10. My week – Stay far away from this post. *Sprays Lysol* My kids brought home pink eye over the weekend,,,yay. So as a family we started applying eye drops. And of course the kids eyes cleared up in like five minutes. Hubs took the eye drops and then had an allergic reaction to the medication and woke up the next day with both of his eyes swollen shut. I got cocky (yes, I said “cocky”) after the first day and didn’t keep up with the drops so now I have it again, and it won’t go away. Seriously Continue Reading

10. My Week – I’ve made a week as a 33 year old. I’m pretty sure I have excessive eye wrinkles and gray hair now. To make myself feel more youthful I bought tickets to see the Scissor Sisters this June with three girlfriends. Woo to the Hoo!!! I love Jake Shears and Babydaddy something fierce. 9. I am officially going to the Lori Foster Reader and Author Get Together! Taking place in Cincinnati in early June. Some of my favorite authors will be there – Nalini Singh, Shiloh Walker, Continue Reading

10. My Week – My youngest turned five. FIVE! How did this happen? And I swear he had fun on his birthday. The above picture was taken at his preschool and he doesn’t like to be the center of attention. It just cracks me up that he is wearing this huge crown and looks so…pissed. And I registered him for Kindergarten. It was a hard week to be a mom ;) 9. Today, the Rita and Golden Heart Finalists were announced. Go HERE to see the full list of nominees. Winners will be announced at the RWA Continue Reading

10. My Week – It as been a good week. I ate bangers and mash last night in honor of St. Patrick’s day. Couldn’t find any green wine though. 9. I don’t know about you, but I am having a lot of fun this year with Dabwaha. For those who don’t know, this is like the March Madness Basketball tournament, but for books. It is too late to get your bracket in, but you can still vote and trash talk and campaign on Twitter (which is my favorite thing!) I have a column set up so I can see all the Continue Reading

10. Rainy and cloudy all week – so what did I do? Read three BDSM books. What else is a girl to do? Two I loved, one I didn’t. See below for more. Hubs also turned 33 – he requested oyster stew for dinner. So like a good wife I called his mother and said – hey, make your son oyster stew! Oysters in a cream sauce – I just can’t do it. ;) 9. One of my favorite authors, Ilona Andrews (who writes the Kate Dainels and Edge series) has a new short story out called Of Swine and Roses. I Continue Reading
